Alaa holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications and Electronics from the Alexandria University. She is well-versed in all aspects of hardware, software, communication, software development lifecycle, and agile and waterfall techniques of project management. And, as of today, she has been in the technical domain for over a decade, supporting businesses from various industries. Alaa has designed solutions and installed systems that revolve around cyber security, unified communications, business process automation, wireless, and passive & active networks. With extensive project management experience in the infrastructure and software space, she is known for her ability to execute high-impact projects that maximizes the productivity and performance of the client organization. Most importantly, as a Technical Director, Alaa performed the initial R&D and added the Zoho suite of applications into Pinerium’s solution portfolio. Today, Pinerium extends their digital transformation expertise to start-ups, mid-market companies and enterprise-scale organizations in the market.
